As the founder and president of Bahamas Lotus (BL) NGO, I lead a dynamic team committed to creating positive change in our community. Through innovative programs and initiatives, we strive to empower individuals and make a lasting impact.

I also serve on the board of directors for Akhepran Ambassadors NGO. Here, I contribute my financial expertise to support the organization's mission of providing educational opportunities for deserving students. As a member of the finance committee for Akhepran International Academy, I actively contribute to the strategic financial management of the institution. This ensures that students receive a quality education.

In my role as the chairperson of the research and development committee at Civil Society Bahamas (CSB) NGO, I lead efforts to conduct research, develop projects, and advocate for our society's rights and well-being. Together with Caribbean Women in Leadership (CIWiL), I work towards empowering women leaders and promoting gender equality in the Caribbean region through research and development initiatives.

As a member of the International Leadership Association (ILA), I engage with a global community of leaders, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and stay at the forefront of leadership development. I am proud to contribute to Neighborhood Care's public relations activities, supporting its mission of serving the community and fostering positive relationships.

I am also a member of Bahamas Disabilities Adventures (BDA) NGO, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through adventure activities and inclusive community engagement. Women United NGO champions gender equality and empowerment. We ensure that women from all walks of life have a voice and the opportunity to thrive.

As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), I stay connected with the latest trends and best practices in HR, enabling me to contribute effectively in the field. Similarly, my membership in the Project Management Institute (PMI) keeps me updated with the latest project management methodologies and tools, enhancing my skills to deliver successful outcomes.

Having served as the former president of both Sigma Beta Delta (SBD) and Phi Beta Lambda (PBL), I am passionate about fostering academic excellence, leadership development, and networking opportunities among students.
